I Love My Life because you're in it

When I was in the 5th grade, I remember driving home from school with my mom one afternoon. I was looking out the window, thinking about how much I love my mom. When I say, "My mom is my best friend," I'm not kidding. I then turned to my beautiful mom and told her, "Mom, I love my life because you're in it." Of course she started crying, like most moms would. Though I love my parents, I can hardly comprehend how much they love me, let alone how much God does. His love is too vast for us to even comprehend. When he made each of us, he did it all out of love. He designed us specifically how he wanted us to look, act, and think. Those freckles that you hate, he created each one to add to His perfect, unique design. Not only did he create us all individually, but he knows what our last words will be before we are even born! Just like He knew Peter would deny Him three times, he knows when and how we will sin. The bright side is that once we have asked for forgiveness, He forgets what we have done or said that sinned against Him. Despite all of the times we mess up, He still loves us just as much. When He was hanging on the cross, He thought of us. We were the reason He was dying such an awful death. His love for us is never-changing, immeasurable, and all consuming. Although I love my mom, I love Jesus more. My mom always told me since I was a little girl, "Mommy loves you, but mommy loves Jesus more." Jesus is the one that we should always look to for guidance. His love NEVER fails. Let it be a part of your daily routine to say, "Jesus, I love my life because you're in it."
